Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy describes how Inkfish Consulting Ltd. (“Pairloop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in connection with the Pairloop website, waitlist, accounts, and hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) service. It does not govern an AI client, model provider, repository host, or other service that you choose to connect to Pairloop. Those services have their own practices.
Information we collect
- Account and communications data. We receive identifiers and contact details such as your email address; sign-in, verification, invitation, and approval status; organization membership where applicable; and messages you send to us.
- Workspace content. You or an agent acting for you may submit project records, decisions, plans, findings, feedback, file paths, relationships, and associated author, source, and time information. We also receive content that you choose to include in support requests.
- Guidance data. If you request task guidance, we receive the task description and context sent with that request. We may record the guidance candidates, assessments, and response needed to provide and evaluate that feature.
- Technical and usage data. We receive network and device information, IP addresses, request times, authentication and security events, feature usage, operation names, error categories, and performance measurements. Routine usage counters do not record request bodies or credentials. Separate diagnostic or security records may contain information needed to investigate a specific event.
We receive information directly from you, from connected clients and agents that you authorize, from our identity service, and automatically when you use the website or MCP service. Please do not submit information that you lack authority to share.
How we use information
We use information to operate Pairloop: to manage access and invitations, authenticate users, provision and route private tenants, store and retrieve workspace records, provide task guidance, respond to requests, and maintain the service. We also use it to detect abuse, protect accounts and infrastructure, investigate failures, measure reliability and feature quality, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. Authorized personnel may review particular records when reasonably needed for support, security, or a reported product issue.
We use contact information for account, security, support, and service notices. We will not send unrelated marketing email without giving you any choice required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information or workspace content, and we do not use Pairloop data for targeted advertising.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to provide the service you request, for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting it, to comply with law, or with your consent where required.
AI processing and connected services
When you invoke a guidance feature, the task text and relevant guidance candidates may be sent to an AI model provider through our model gateway to generate or assess a response. Your chosen AI client may independently send the same or other content to its own providers. You control what your client submits to Pairloop, subject to the settings and behavior of that client. Pairloop does not currently use workspace content to train its own general-purpose AI model.
When we disclose information
We disclose information to categories of service providers that help us operate Pairloop, including identity and authentication, hosting and network infrastructure, security and diagnostics, communications, and AI processing for features you invoke. They process information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information to your connected client at your direction; to authorized personnel and professional advisers with a need to know; when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and the service; or in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of our business, subject to applicable law.
We may use information that cannot reasonably identify a person or workspace to understand aggregate service performance. We do not treat merely removing a name as sufficient to make information anonymous.
Retention and security
We retain account and waitlist information while a request or account remains active and for a further period when needed for security, legal, or operational purposes. Workspace content currently has no automatic deletion period. Disabling an account does not automatically delete its tenant records. If we honor a deletion request, residual copies may remain for a limited time in backups or logs, or as needed to meet legal obligations. We review retention practices as the service develops.
We use measures such as authentication, encrypted transport, access controls, and tenant separation to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your own credentials and connected clients secure and contact us if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your choices and rights
You may stop connecting an agent or client and may choose what information to submit. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with you or your workspace, contact us at a@pairloop.ai. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Your rights and our response obligations depend on applicable law. Pairloop does not currently provide self-service account deletion or workspace export.
Cookies, location, and children
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, sessions, security, and essential site operation. We do not use advertising trackers in the Pairloop app. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. Pairloop is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

We may update this Policy as our practices or the law changes. We will post the updated effective date and provide additional notice when required. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to:
